I'm a cofounder of Village, a startup using AI to organize the internet.

What I've been up to

I've worked with teams at the Broad Institute and UCSF on analyzing RNA splicing, telomerase mutation signatures, and telomere maintenance characteristics of cancer cell lines.

At Yale, I built the backend and data intake framework for CourseTable, where nearly every Yale undergrad plans their courses.

At Probably Genetic, I refined algorithms for estimating the prevalence of rare diseases from low-sample genomic surveys.

At Acryl Data, I built ML platform integrations for DataHub, an open-source metadata platform for data discovery and governance.
