I'm a cofounder of Village, a stealth mode startup.

What I've been up to

At Acryl Data, I built ML platform integrations for DataHub, an open-source metadata platform for data discovery and governance.

At Yale, I built the backend and data intake framework for CourseTable, where most Yale undergrads plan their courses.

At Probably Genetic, I refined algorithms for estimating the prevalence of rare diseases from low-sample genomic surveys.

I worked with teams at the Broad Institute and UCSF on analyzing RNA splicing, telomerase mutation signatures, and telomere maintenance characteristics of cancer cell lines.
