I'm a senior at Yale interested in tech and bio. I like to read about and work on genomics, ML, and the web.

What I've been up to

I've been up to a few projects.

On the computational genomics side of things, I've worked with teams at the Broad Institute and UCSF on analyzing RNA splicing, telomerase mutation signatures, and telomere maintenance characteristics of cancer cell lines.

At Yale, I built the backend and data intake framework for CourseTable, where pretty much every Yale undergrad plans their courses.

At Probably Genetic, I refined algorithms for estimating the prevalence of rare diseases given noisy genomic survey data.

Right now, I'm building ML platform integrations for DataHub, an open-source metadata platform, as an engineer at Acryl Data.
